Dunham Bush, Rosemex (Mark Hot) & Modine Unit Heaters

Dunham Bush, Rosemex (Mark Hot) & Modine Steam/Hot Water Unit Heaters are available in a wide range of ratings from as low as 11,300 Bth/hr for hot water and as high as 952,000 Btu/hr for steam, based on standard conditions.  Three different air delivery configurations are available: horizontal, vertical, and Power Throw offering high velocity horizontal air delivery.

All motors are totally enclosed.  All units include an electrical junction box, either integral to the motor or mounted on the unit casing.  Side piping connections on the HC horizontal air delivery model allow for low clearance installations.  Explosion proof motors are available for use in hazardous areas.  Quiet operation is assured through the use of carefully selected motors, fans, and scientifically designed venture fan shrouds.  All unit casings are treated for corrosion resistance and finished with a gray-green, baked, high solids paint.

MODINE Gas-Fired Unit Heaters are 80% thermally efficient and available in gravity or power-vented configurations.  They have input ranges from 30,000 to 400,000 Btu/hr and can operate on either natural or propane gas. 

MODINE Oil-Fired Unit Heaters are built with time-tested and field-proven components, all properly combined and balanced to provide optimum comfort and heating efficiency.

MODINE Duct Furnaces & Direct-Fired Units are designed for use with a building's heating, heating/ ventilating/ cooling and make-up air systems through the flexible designs and control flexibility.

                Rosemex (Mark Hot) Hydronic Heating       

Force Flow (Mark Hot) cabinet unit heaters are designed to fit into any room and provide efficient, individualized room temperature control.  The standard cabinet is easily installed and may be ordered in any of several different airflow configurations.  Heating coils are manufactured from ½” outside diameter seamless copper tubes which are expanded within corrugated aluminum fins.  The coils are designed for working pressures up to 150 PSI.  Cabinets are available in left or right hand configurations and recessed or exposed.  

Convectors (Mark Hot) are available in a number of cabinet styles including slope top, flat top, fully or semi-recessed.  All styles are available as either above-floor mount or as floor-mounted units.  Units can be ordered with virtually any combination of depth, height, and length upon request.

Wallfin Units (Mark Hot) are also available in various enclosures including slope top, double sloped, pedestal top, front outlet, fully and partially perforated.  Elements are available in standard lengths from 2 to 8 feet in 1 foot increments.

Rosemex (Mark Hot) Modular Radiant Panels offers modular radiant panels that are ideal for t-bar acoustic
t-bar type ceilings in standard 24 x 24, 24 x 48, inch nominal sizes as well as other optional and
custom sizes to suit virtually any ceiling application. Features include, but are not limited to standard baked powder white finish, optional 4, 5 and standard 6 tube passes to suit required heat out put needs, and an optional silk screen finish to emulate adjacent acoustic tiles. Modular panels are manufactured with serpentined copper tubing mechanically attached to a formed aluminum sheet metal pan. Steel modular panels are also available.
